Project Overview: A large northern university wanted to update its public image and create a vision looking forward to 2014. The university also needed strategies to attract students and quality instructors to its campus.

Strategy: NewDoor developed an online discussion board directed at the current student body, instructors and community stakeholders, and to prospective students and instructors. Initiative was directed at discovering the 'why's' and 'why not's' of joining the university.

Initiatives: Created an online discussion board to gather intelligence on satisfaction and perceptions and prepared a recommendation report.
