City of Airdrie, Genesis Place - Marketing Program

Project Overview: This recreation and wellness facility recently underwent significant expansions and improvements and wished to create awareness of its new programs and services, generate increased usage and revenue and to ultimately build a strong brand identity.

Strategy: NewDoor developed a practical and cost-effective two-year strategic marketing plan to revitalize Genesis Place's position as the wellness facility of choice in Airdrie and surrounding communities.

Initiatives: Background research, situational analysis and evaluation of current and past marketing initiatives, market analysis and public and internal surveys, online surveys, creation of a two year strategic marketing plan.
