Zentra Computer Technologies

Project Overview: Zentra Computer Technologies supplies IT infrastructure products, solutions and services from “the datacenter to the desktop” and wanted to launch an equally comprehensive approach to their marketing strategy.

Strategy: NewDoor was contracted to evaluate Zentra’s current marketing initiatives and assist them in developing a framework for implementing, monitoring and measuring a revitalized and refocused marketing strategy.

Initiatives: Completed management & employee interviews, developed sales & marketing controls, reworked key sales and marketing areas and developed key messaging, branding & identity. Provided coaching and mentoring.
