Project Overview: In seeking to anticipate, and better service, the upcoming needs of in-situ oil sands producers, NewDoor Marketing was contracted to develop and conduct customer perception research.
Strategy: Key prospects were identified and a customer perception survey was created and conducted to gather information about prospects’ upcoming service requirements, key drivers and perceptions of AMEC BDR.
Initiatives: Survey methodology, interview execution and creation of a formal intelligence report.
